Open Supply Hub

To ensure transparency, we share our supplier list on Open Supply Hub. This list includes our direct CMT suppliers responsible for final product manufacturing. By July 2024, we completed mapping Tier 1 until Tier 3, which covers suppliers up to our raw material processing suppliers.

Garcia is committed to transparency by updating the production list on Open Supply Hub twice a year, keeping our customers and stakeholders informed with the latest information.

Transparency Pledge

The Transparency Pledge showcases apparel and footwear companies' commitment to greater transparency in their manufacturing supply chains. Improved supply chain transparency allows companies to work with civil society to identify, assess, and prevent actual or potential human rights impacts, strengthening human rights due diligence.

In line with the Pledge, Garcia has strengthened key steps in 2022.

Digital Product Passport

Garcia is taking its first step towards meeting the upcoming Digital Product Passport (DPP) mandate, which will be mandatory in Europe from 2026/2027, setting a new standard for transparency and responsibility towards our customers.

With new sustainability laws, such as the French AGEC law and the CSRD legislation, Garcia shows once more that it’s committed to being a step ahead. Mark Hommelberg, CEO of JOG Group: “Implementing a digital product passport across our entire collection development process was a big challenge, but the Garcia team made it possible. Taking this step as an industry leader is something we’re truly proud of as a company.”

Starting with our Spring/Summer 2025 collection, every garment will feature a care label with a QR code, giving consumers instant access to detailed product information. The DPP not only provides insight into the origin and composition of products but also their supply chain.

The DPP reinforces our commitment to sustainability, aligned with our motto: “Try to do better every day.”
