As we try to do better every day, we are committed to following all laws and rules related to human rights and environmental protection. We also follow the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. In 2024, Garcia introduced a new Code of Conduct (CoC), which all our main product manufacturers have signed. This CoC sets ethical standards for how we do business and is a key part of our purchasing decisions. Our business partners must follow this code to ensure strong and lasting relationships with us. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with businesses that align with our values, regularly monitoring compliance through audits and visits, and working with external partners to address and improve any issue identified.
For appendices, see the documents below.

Garcia collaborates with 125+ Tier 1 production sites. Including Tier 1b, Tier 2 and Tier 3, we have identified 700+ suppliers in our mapped supply chain across 15 countries: ii (data January 2025).
Tier 1 – Garment/product processing
Tier 2 – Trimmings & Material processing -> weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, embroidery, etc.
Tier 3 – Raw material processing -> spinning, yarn dyeing, yarn finishing etc.
Tier 4 – Raw materials -> Extraction, incl. ginning.
Open Supply Hub
To ensure transparency, we disclose our supplier list on Open Supply Hub. This list includes our direct CMT suppliers responsible for final product manufacturing. By July 2024, we completed mapping Tier 1 until Tier 3, which covers suppliers up to our raw material processing suppliers.
GARCIA is committed to transparency by updating the production list on Open Supply Hub annually, keeping our customers and other stakeholders informed with the latest information.

At Garcia, we’re taking an important step toward greater supply-chain transparency. In preparation for the upcoming Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), we have introduced our Digital Product Passport. From the Spring/Summer 2025 collection onward, every item will feature a QR-coded label that gives customers direct access to an online product page (DPP). This digital passport provides clear information about each product including its supply-chain journey from raw-material processing to garment production, the (recycled) materials used, the presence of microplastic fibres, and the product’s recyclability. With the introduction of our DPP, we strengthen our commitment to transparent and responsible product information.
The Transparency Pledge showcases apparel and footwear companies’ commitment to greater transparency in their manufacturing supply chains. Enhanced supply chain transparency allows companies to work with civil society to identify, assess, and prevent actual or potential human rights impacts, strengthening human rights due diligence.
In line with the Pledge, GARCIA has enhanced the key steps in 2022. Find out more about this initiative via transparencypledge.org.
Throughout 2024 and early 2025, we have updated our Due Diligence Country Risk Reports for every country where Garcia products are made. We are also creating new Risk Reports for potential production countries. These reports analyze current and potential risks, including human rights, labour standards, environmental issues, and corruption. While JOG Group has a Code of Conduct (CoC) that we ask to be distributed through our supply chain, we recognize that standards may not always be upheld further down the chain. Therefore, it is crucial to buy certified materials with a complete chain of custody and to map our entire supply chain up to the raw materials.
